Two bed house on quiet road in Southey, well decorated, fitted kitchen including oven and hob. Wanting 3 bed house in wisewood. Will take it in any state! Desperate to move.

Wisewood is like Dore and Totley to get onto, the houses are getting likre "hens' teeth" to obtain, and the folk who are lucky enough to obtain housing there tend to buy, which takes the avalable market down further. it's incredibly difficult to get a move there. even medical priority, a couple of years ago were in excess of 40-60 points. it's crackers!

Have you advertised in the Wisewood area (post office windows, newsagents etc?) have you tried the council's exchange facility? you can put the details of your place in a book, with the place(s) you wish to move to. and people who are interested can contact you.

the ad mags, like the free ads and the Yeller, also do house-exchange ads f-o-c.
