were are thinking of renting in this development, has anyone got any views on what its like and plus's or pitfalls? i think we are 99% sure but would be good to have some feedback

I have two friends that live there and are on their second apartment. I know they like it, great for tram, it has secure entry gates. I know they have found Blundells a little annoying being unreasonably particlar about the state of the flat as they moved out in an attempt to not hand back the bond, but I guess that could happen with any company when renting.

Is parking included in the price? I found Blundells a bit confusing on this issue...

Thanks for the info really appreciate it, also Twinkle yes the price did include parking, we looked at a range from £530 for a 1 bed ground floor furnished to £650 for a 2 bed furnished have settle on in between 1 bed with a cool big balcony car park is in the grounds

Sounds lovely... Had a little drive up there the other day and it looks impressive! Is there a concierge service or security etc?
