as most of ya know i run a message board conected with reflex records,at the weekend i posted 5 pages of photo's from our manchester gig,they all appeard on the board ok but now they are just appearing as a little red cross has anyone any idea why this has happend and how i can put it right?

the server where the pictures are uploaded is not allowing the message board to access them
It really sounds liek a source problem. Check where you uploaded the pictures to and make sure you have the URL's right in the post.

it could just be Kirky that they were reading from your harddrive.
I cocked up on this one with a website I was doing. A main title graphic I programmed in was showing fine for me but not for everyone else...it was just reading from my computer and cached it.

cheers all but ive sorted it........i'm a dip stick:blush: :blush: :blush: :blush: when i'd posted them on the site i didn't realise if i deleted them from photo bucket they were also deleted from the message board..:| :|

Bandwidth exceeded on image hosting site??
Hotlinking been disabled on image hosting site?
What OS/FW?? If using ZA(P) have a look in the privacy settings and see if any ads are blocked (Ad-Blocking -> Custom)?
Images turned of in browser??
As Joe says, the URL would be nice;)
