Which women would you nominate to most resemble (either physically are in terms of personality or both) a pantomime dame?

I'll start:

Ann Widdicombe
Jo Brand
Claire Raynor
Sharon Osborne
Andrea Dworkin
Christine Hamilton

Any more for any more?

As at least 2 of those women are dead, don't you think this thread is 'slightly' tasteless, Sid?

Ann Widdecombe looks like she has been dead for years.

Poor Ann, she gets some stick bless her. I take back my previous comment about her.

Lestat never had any taste in women, isn't she supposed to be many men's secret dream lover? The one they covertly lust after whilst pretending they really like someone half her size?

I'm sure I read that somewhere recently :suspect:

Amy Winehouse? She wears a panto dame wig and eye make-up :)

Andrea Dworkin died in 2005 but which of the others mentioned is dead?

Well spotted Julado! I'm damned sure you're right.
StarSparkle - have you been secretly assassinating famous women?

I once saw Ms Widdecombe on Derby station; I actually recognised her by her bust, which kind of materialised at eye level as she descended the stairs. I thought ''Crikey, she's a well built girl, looks just like Ann Widdecombe''. And looking up, it was.

I like Ann, any one that can describe Mr Howard as having something of the night about him, deserves a medal for under statement.

Sadly no longer with us - but the late great Fanny Cradock - there was a panto dame to reckon with!
