Bassett appointed as Assistant Manager at Leeds.

well why not!. dave bassett is one of footballs great characters even with his past links with sheffield united. i think the leeds fans will welcome dave to the club and lets hope he helps us to continue the wonderful start to the season. COME ON LEEDS!

basil i have never met anyone who hates leeds as much as you do. so much so that i reckon you are a closeted leeds fan. come on admit it basil there is no shame.

He was great the the Lane, but he's gone years ago. Life moves on and good luck to him.

Much as I dislike dirty Leeds, I have a grudging respect for the way they have taken that league on, and I hope they get promoted.
