We are considering getting a boxer, as my sister has one, and we think this is the breed for us too.

I know they are prone to tumours, after about age 8, but I have also been told that some colours live longer than others - is this true?

Also is The fact the the dog is KC registered good enough, or is it important that the parents have been heart tested etc?

Thanks in advance:)

Breathing can be a problem to so defo worth getting the respiritory system tested. I have had a brindle girl in the past - the best natured dog ever. I'm interested to know if certain colours live longer too. I'm thinking of getting a red?
