I am thinking of selling. Basically I have been offered a laptop cheap (its only a 1 gig sony vaio but I only use it for coding and internet anyway). Now I am aware that is quite a drop in processor speed but everything else is as good as if not better than my desktop. To be fair I only use my comp for Internet and writing PHP anyway. So he has said I can have this for 70 quid. Is it worth it. Do you think I will notice the difference in processor speed. I simply don't have room for my big cumbersome desktop anymore but I will put up with it if im gonna start getting hacked off with slow speeds.
