I was recently passed a link to a website that hosts images, and comments on the images, the image was quite amusing, however upon browsing the website, i found some utter disturbing images of cruelty to animals (Cats in this instance) one in particular where they set a cat alight with a Zippo, and the images were posted...

I thought there were regulations in place to stop this sort of content, and ways to report and track the person who posted them...

anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for that, thats for UK hosted sites only though, I believe this is a US hosted website
