I am thinking of quitting Virgin for Sky, as currently I have my broadband and phone with Virgin and my TV with Sky. I think it would make more financial sense to bundle them altogether. Sky offers more channels than Virgin, and I have the Skyplus box, so Sky looks like the best option.

But Sky's broadband vs cable..... Cable may have its issues... but Sky is worse (as is most DSL providers)

call them up, say your not happy, and ask them what they can do...

thats what we did, been with them since Cable was first installed, although we moved to SkyTV, we kept our phone and internet with them.... (was dialup way back then)

I have TV and Broadband with Virgin (XL TV and 20mb Broadband + Setanta, Sky Sports and NASN) for £59 per month.

The service is fantastic until you have to call their customer service line.

I've been using the ebilling service from Virgin since it was introduced (originally by TW).

The only thing is, you don't get a proper (paper) bill each month.

Thanks for the reassurance sccsux, I did read the terms before I signed up for ebilling, and I don't see
how it could cause any problems.

£32 a month for 4mb broadband, XL tv package and talk evenings and weekends phone package. Was 60 odd quid till I rang them and told them I was leaving to go with Sky, they halved my bill there and then
