Check that file to make sure nothing related to sheffieldforum is in it.

Remove any and all firewall software and try again.

Turn off any proxy settings in the browser (google how to do this)

Go to the above file in windows explorer (My Computer -> C: -> Windows -> System32 -> drivers -> etc) - you may have to tell windows to show you these files when following this path. Once there, you should see a file called HOSTS - right click on this, and choose open with... and then select notepad. Have a look in there (if there's a lot of entries, hit Ctrl and F and type sheffieldforum in the box then hit enter) and see if that text is in there anywhere - if it is, delete the whole line that it appears in. Do this for as many times as it appears, if it does. Once this is done, save the file and close notepad, then try going to www.sheffieldforum.co.uk again.
