Hi, im wanting to go for a good mexican meal in town, this saturday night. does anyone know of any good ones, not too expensive-i.e. stupid prices! or busy (anniversary meal!) cheers.

Las iguanas in west one is nice. I dont know if it's mexican though, they serve fajitas, steak, tacos etc.

Had a nice meal and the second least expensive bottle of wine for about 30 quid.

how about takeaways? Used to live in california and I miss my Taquerias! I could murder a good burrito right now...

I'd have to agree with kathythebean - Las Iguanas is pretty good and has the right atmosphere for a romantic night!

Kpasa on West Street is also good and fairly cheap but can get a little rowdy if you get a couple of parties in.

Try Que Tal on west street. This is my favourite mexican/spanish restaurant in Sheffield. Its a much better atmosphere than K Pasa. Its really nice and romantic if you want it to be but also great for large groups. The food is gorgeous and very reasonable.
