... I can get etched glass effect for windows. Ideally, someone to design it then stick it to the windows.

B&Q sell some stuff made by fablon. You stick it to the windows and it makes them look frosted. I bought some, for a little window (and made a complete ass of it! ) its about £5 a roll, and comes in different patterns and colours.
