I am asking of: The Byron The Broadfield The Union The Nether Edge Tavern The Stag Carborundum 21-10-2007, 11:41 Clearly not a lot of people on here know ... well I know for a fact that live music has come back to the Broadfield on a friday, saturday and sunday nights (accoustic night) which is clearly ACE !!! Joe90 22-10-2007, 12:40 the Broady will have anyone - i drink in there most the time and at first i thought it was full of wierdo's now i i think others see me as one of those wierdo's - tis a bit of a dive like, i'm still unsure why we go there??? Byron is good for football - it is quite a sensible pub and a bit cramped. Stag is crap or was anyway nETHER eDGE tavern is almost always empty but good if you want to play pool in peace Union is full of old people and a lot of rock climbers - friendly enough though Carborundum 05-11-2007, 18:48 Yes tis true Joe90, the Broadie is full of a lot of wierdos including me .. bohemian.. intellectual .. eccentric ... oh and they now have Karaoke on a mionday night fab |
