Can anyone help me as to why when I try to download an email attachment from hotmail it just takes me back to the hotmail frontpage? It's incredibly frustrating!

I have a BT pop up blocker running as well as Norton firewall and anti virus. This has only happened recently and I've not changed any settings.... :confused:

disable the pop up blocker while you do it ..dont forget to put it back on after, see if that works
