For many males across Sheffield this weekend, Sunday League football starts this weekend and I was wondering, to anyone who has experienced the comedy that Sunday League can bring, what is the funniest NON FOOTBALL related incident you have seen? For example I have three.

1. Playing against a team where they had three ugly brothers playing, the mother was the manager and the sister was the physio.
2. A male streaker up at Shiregreen.
3. Playing a team full of people who's names all ended in 'o' e.g. Dam'o', rick'o', matt'o' etc.
4. Turning up at Firth Park to find that all the games had to be called off due to the 11 burn't out cars that were lying around the fields!!!

for my old sunday league team (in essex), one of the teams we played decided it would be funny to a psychotic rabid dog to our keepers goalpost. our keeper was too ****scared to do anything so avoided that post for the whole half. after conceding a few goals, we swapped ends and the nutter who owned the dog untied it and walked it up to the other end!
