Does anyone live in a property that pays a management company to arrange maintenance - e.g. gardening, cleaning windows and communal areas? Any experience of local companies good or bad?

I own a flat where we changed the management company because we were not happy with the previous one. For the past 2 years we have used Stuart MacDonald on Eccy rd and they seem pretty fair. All their dealings are transparent and they even knocked the bill down by 20%.
Each year they hold a meeting and we discuss problems and vote on things.
Also we pay monthly - some don't allow this eg Mainstay for West One

Thanks for the info Vision. We aren't happy with the present one and Macdonald is one of the companies that has been mentioned.

Try Beauchief estates they offer all sorts of different property management services and are very reasonable and professional too.
