Does anyone live in a property that pays a management company to arrange maintenance - e.g. gardening, cleaning windows and communal areas? Any experience of local companies good or bad?

For the past 2 years we have used Stuart MacDonald on Eccy rd and they seem pretty fair. All their dealings are transparent and they even knocked the bill down by 20%. Each year they hold a meeting and we discuss problems and vote on things. Also we pay monthly - some don't allow this eg Mainstay for West One bornandbred 21-01-2005, 16:20 Thanks for the info Vision. We aren't happy with the present one and Macdonald is one of the companies that has been mentioned.
