Of all the left backs I keep my eye on in the world I gotta say that at the moment - our Gab is kicking the arse outta each any every one of them.
So my vote is for Gab Heinze - best LB in the world!
Do you agree?

Looking at yuor previous rant, I suspect you are also of the opinion that Rooney and Van Nistelrroy are best strikers in the world, Gary Neville is best right back, Roy Keane is best central midfielder etc. etc.
For the record, I think (in England, becasue I really don't think many of us are in a position to judge the rest of the world) Ashley Cole is at least as good as Heinze.
Cole has been Arsenal's most consistent player in a fairly average season by their standards and they are still second.

yea i tend to agree - i'd say Heinze is a better defensive player whereas Cole is quite dynamic going forward and gets some decent crosses in - they're both quailty though, no doubting that
He definately looks like a good buy. He's competitive, a strong tackler and looks reasonably quick and he's keeping O'Shea out of the left back position. But he sometimes kind of jumps into a tackle which is great when he gets the ball but a bit a fancy footwork from his opponent and he could hack the player down cos he's missed the ball altogether or get beaten whilst he's on the floor. I'd like to see him stay on his feet sometimes without jumping into tackle, so I'm not going to say he's the best in the world just yet! But he's showing great promise.

agreed
Heinze, Cole or Carlos?. I can't answer this one!. Each player is better at different things although i do think Heinze is the best defensively minded of the three.
I wouldn't mind any/all of them in the Blades squad
Heinze at the minute is ******* on any other LB in the world!
Due to the fact that he plays like a nutter in every match I've seen him in- which is brilliant for us.
And he is going to come out the buy of the season in england to be sure.
