Dunno mate, seems to variate. In the past week I have filled up in both Morrisons and Tesco and it was 76.9p a litre.

One garage I drove past (name eludes me) was 84.9p :suspect:

The market was oversaturated (with stock), which led to the Supermarkets bringing the prices down to shift some.

The rest have now followed suit to get rid of their stocks.

Expect it to go back up again when the US invade iran... woops ive said too much :P

He HE as if the good old united states will invade iran I ask you?
The reason the price has come down is due to lower than expected demand in the states in the winter months.
Less demand equalls lower crude price.

I think Tescos dropped the price 3p a few weeks back and the others have followed which is good because i fill up at Morrisons...

They've kept the price of diesel up though. Anyone know why, apart from the greed of the oil companies.
