Great news - I can't wait either. I enjoy Futurama alot more than The Simpsons (though the latter is sublime as well...)

Futurama is more adult and (perhaps) more geeky in the way it pokes fun at sci-fi programs/films.

and it features the awesome Katey Sagal who released an undiscovered classic CD in the mid/late 90's. Definitely reason enough to love the show!

That may be true, but I personally can't stand sci-fi. I just think Futurama is very well written, inventive and er... funny! Bender really kills me.

Both Futurama and Family Guy are far better than the simpsons right now

the family guy sucks. it should have stayed canceled (the new episodes are no where near up to par what the original 4 seasons were)

i can not wait for more futurama!!
ugh there was a video up on youtube from comic con sd this year showing them poking fun at fox. basically saying idiots run the company and canceling them was the biggest mistake they ever made :hihi: (which is close, but canceling arrested development was)

The Star Wars Family Guy episode is one of the funniest ever.

I prefer Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad to Futurama. I still like it, but not as much as those three.

My mate's obsessed with Futurama, he's got a full sleeve of Futurama tattoos.

I think I reached saturation point with the Simpsons when we still got Sky1, every time you turned it on the Simpsons were on, all the episodes just merged into one long, long, episode and it stopped being funny.

To be honest, youre not on your own.

I used to idolise the Simpsons, but I just cant bare to watch it anymore, it long ago reached the point where it should have been turfed out to pasture.

I love Futurama and the Simpsons.

I am a real fan of Bender but love all the characters. I often find my self saying Bite my shiny metal ass to people who usually think I am a nutter. (They are probably right actually).

Its definately not as popular as I thought it would be.
