I have recently thought of this name for an existential condition (not so much a medical condition per se and more of a personality disorder). I thought of it after watching a TV clip of Pete Burns (for about a minute, which is all I could stand). The guy seems bent on making himself as physically repulsive as possible, with a repulsive personality to match.

I had a colleague once who definitely had ORD. Although he was quite distinguished in his field, he had no other redeeming features as far as I (and virtually everyone else who met him) could tell. In addition to being small and goblin-like (which admittedly was not his fault), he was dirty, foul-mouthed, frequently drunk, financially mean (even though he claimed to be a 'socialist'), gratuitously malicious, petulant, two-faced and jealous. I have not seen him now for years and have no desire to. I doubt very much whether ORD is a condition which improves with age.

I wonder if anyone else has come across someone with ORD?

Yes and I will be forced to work with said sufferers on my night shift for the next four nights.
