Nerium oleander

Does anybody have this shrub.

I'm thinking of getting one but wasn't sure if it would flower due to to our temperate climate.

Also I think it is very toxic (all parts of the plant) but as there will be no grazing animals I dont think this will be problematic.

Does anyone have this in their garden and does it flower
