Why does this programme start at 18:59, sometimes even 18:58, when it is billed as starting at 19:00?

Surely if someone was recording it they would miss the first bit?

I've noticed this with Countdown aswell, which has also started up to 2 minutes early.

Just move your clock forward 2 minutes then the programmes will start bang on time!!
