It baffles me how they could possibly stay in business!! Do you think they will stay as part of the redevelopment? Looks like the fishing tackle place is going out of business also. Not sure how many will be left shortly (especially bearing in mind all their free parking will be gone soon). That is why they are able to make a few bob. I don't blame them for not bothering though as at the moment as it's a bloody nigthmare down there and they don't seem to be putting in much effort to get it finished.
