Ellie79 04-10-2007, 15:20 Just a quick tip - if your warranty has expired and you need an engineer to come out, tell Sky you will have to cancel rather than pay £75 for the engineer to come out, and they'll probably offer to send somone for free....they did with us willman 04-10-2007, 15:28 Just a quick tip - if your warranty has expired and you need an engineer to come out, tell Sky you will have to cancel rather than pay £75 for the engineer to come out, and they'll probably offer to send somone for free....they did with us i was gonna do that (this visit cost £65btw) - but it was my second box that was faulty not the main one, so if i cancelled the subscription would only have been for the multi room.darn. ( i also hoped i'd get a newer box actually 'cos that one was past it, i even asked for a sky+ box but didn't get one) |
