Just started in past couple of weeks.
It seems good at the moment. Very laid back and doesn't seem to have that frenetic atmosphere that other call centres have:D
They have a good benefit package and a traing programme that lasts for weeks not days/hours as seems usual in other places.
Opportunities for advancement, everyone I've spoken too there seems positive. There's the usual fools of course but thats par for the course in any job!

Do you have an interview/job offer there?

Worked there for 4 years, only left as was made redundent. It has its down sides, but is primarily good, you realise that it is actually ok once you leave and work somewhere else.

They do look after their staff and if you are prepared to work hard there are plenty of opportunities to progress.

Hey i work for norwich union and it great, i think its more to do with the people u work with rather than the company as a whole, but even the company it really good with training and helping out with work and personal stuff!

No i dont agree with you there! The team i work in is great and the people are really nice! Its just the company as a whole they havent got a clue! So many people i work with are looking for new jobs. Most mangers dont know what there doing and the consultants run the teams!! :hihi:
