My wife and I are currently looking to move to sheffield around may time, we are renting in Sunderland at the moment and have 2 cats, i was just wondering if anyone out there has any experience of landlords who allow pets, i have tried a few high street agents and none of them allow pets, i would like some advice, and am looking to pay around the <£450 pcm

area info would also be gratefully recieved!

There have been a few threads about renting and pets and the replies seem to have been fairly negative on the whole. I rent out some flats and houses and I love cats but I do not allow them in my rental properties because I know from personal experience in my own house what damage they can do.

You may be more successful with landlords with more rural properties, good luck!
