I know it is not the most exciting drink in the world, but ultimately none of us would be able to live without it.

I am, of course, talking about water: While I am as fond as the next person of necking all kinds of alcoholic beverage, I frequently take the precaution of drinking glasses of water in between pints or shots, which helps dilute all the excess acohol, and is one of the best hangover cures I can think of.

This fact has led me to start a topic on finding 'The Best Glass of Water in Sheffield', i.e. the best water at any city bar/club/restaurant. Some places charge for it, many give it to you for free, some places will put ice in it, others won't, and sometimes the water might even have an unpleasant taste.

My nomination to start the ball rolling is Cellar 35, where I went to Decadance for the first time last night. Apart from the DJ playing a great selection of remixes of '80s electro classics, when I asked for a glass of water at the bar, I got an ice-cold pint with plenty of ice, as well as a slice of lemon -needless to say, all for free-How's that for service!

So, has anyone else got any nominations for what I could title the 'Sheffield Water Cup' Awards?
