me to, just asked on wanted section for bric a brac, i can collect :)

I have loads of teddy bears I can bring. :) Jackie might want to help us as well and her van driver might be able to help. :)

Will have to have a think about this -not long since had an almighty clear out of 'stuff' n already sponsor Thornberry + various other local rescues- is Jackie set up to accept regualar small donations?

I'd be happy to help sell for a couple of hours.

I have one or two bits that came from Freecycle (given away as for a carboot) that I could spare but bare in mind we have tried to sell it once and had no luck.

Jackie runs a registered charity who used to have a shop which had to close due to no transport to transport goods. Who also had her pet ambulance stolen and trashed which was donated to her. Her charity is a slowly sinking ship and is in desperate need of funds.

That is exactly what Jackie needs the most she needs to know there is regular money coming in that she can rely on, at the moment she runs the sanctuary out of her own pocket :help: I believe she still needs help to repair her roof before winter sets in (it was damaged by a firework last year) .
She also needs trustworthy and sensible volunteers to help with the everyday running of the cattery, she does most of the cleaning on her own.

:) The amount is not important its the knowing that it will be there that is, as the saying goes "every little helps", I am sure that Jackie will be happy to let you know her details and will be more than grateful for your kind help.

I have a black back of clothes that are too good to throw away and there's some odds and sods in there aswell if it's any good to you. Was gonna put it all on ebay but never got round to it. :D

This is a very worthwhile charity to help.... it would help the cause if things stayed polite from both sides!
Especially if SF is to be used to help with the collection.

Some friends of mine are downsizing from a three bed house to a one bed flat so I will ask them as they should have loads to donate.

Right, if anyone feels like collecting we've got around 40+ vhs videos mainly action movies from 80s/ 90s inc Die Hard, Titanic, Terminator, all that sort of era- they're in the attic and I cant remember offhand what the others are but you get the picture....some quirky ones- Billy Wilder's The Apartment, The Great Escape, Some Like it Hot etc etc plus some Disney - all excellent condition probably only ever watched once. Also, a few LPs and about 5 record boxes of 45s/singles from 1960s/70s/80s/90s which have been kept out of sunlight and away from heat sources - all from a non smoking home. Sure to go down well on your carboot, I'm sure. PM me if anyone can collect. xK
