Theres some stuff u can buy(supermarkets have them),its called something like colour run.You just put it in the wash and it takes the colour that has run into the items out.I used it myself last year and was pleased with the results.Sorry i cant remember the name properly but you will find it near all the stain removers (like vanish & shout) on the shelves of any supermarket.

I think you were spot on with the name Colour Run - if anything will work that will :)
