Will it be enough to save Jol's job?

Will it be enough to save Jol's job?

Well if the top four is his benchmark, NO! The Villa threw it away and I'm very annoyed with O'Neill for signing that pair from West Ham, Reo-Coker and Harewood, particular the latter. What a ridiculous penalty to concede in such a manner. Absolute scatterbrain!

Is there actually any proof that his job is under threat, apart from the media quoting each other to fill pages of newsprint?

You only need look at the table to notice that his job is under threat.

This is a psychic table, is it, that can tell people how the Spurs board are thinking? :loopy:

We all know whats happened to Mourinho though.:loopy: And with only 17th place or thereabouts to show after 8 matches for their £40 million plus outlay - Jol is certainly walking the tightrope.

Well I'm glad I'm not in your head. It must be terrible to be able to hear the thoughts of complete and utter strangers all the time.

At least, I'm assuming you can hear the thoughts of complete and utter strangers. The only possible alternative is that you're merely speculating without any foundation based in truth, since you know less than damn-all about the directors at Spurs and how long they intend to let Jol have to show a return on his investment.

Crystal balls aside, surely you understand that any team with the profile Spurs subscribe to need to get better results than they have so far achieved. We all know from past experience what happens to the manager of such failing teams.
Having said that 'come on you Spurs'. This was a good comeback from 4-1 down; it stopped Villa nicking Everton’s 5th spot.
