Do forummers know of anyone, friends or relatives in Sheffield, who are having bad experiences with Hallam Health Care providing their home care? Perhaps you yourself might be?

One of the big problems is isolation - not knowing other people who receive care, so you don't know if its just you having a bad experience or whether other people are too.

I work for a large organisation in sheffield and we have used hallam health care and have also employed several of the staff they have sent us. All agencies are the same, some staff are good some arn't. Over the last 10years I have used a lot of the agencies at one time or another. hope that helps.
