Any chance you could take your caps lock off and stop shouting please the chazter? It's kind of against netiquette to type all in capitals. Thank you.

I've not really been on it this year as my trike has been off the road, but now I've got it back I'm sure I'll delve. Then again, I'm a fair weather triker so it might not be til Spring now.

Probably £500 minimum - £100 CBT - £100 for some clobber - about £60/70 (?) for the actual written and then practical test - then however many lessons inbetween to get you to test standard. You can do one of those DAS training things where you have the lot in a week or so but there is no guarantee of a pass :)

Hi
Any elderly bikers amongst you lot? Or perhaps someone interested in bike history?

I have turned up an old booklet on BRITISH bikes. Tiny thing with all the prices listed and pictures of the bikes.

Looking at the pics I'd guess it was published in the sixties.

Free to an enthusiast.

I came past the scene just as the paramedic car pulled up. I went up the snake with a heavy heart, to find none of it derestricted anymore. Today was the first time I have been out this year and I think it was the final straw for me and biking.

My sympathies to the family and friends of the rider.

I'm so sorry to hear about both of these incidents. Manchester Road near the Rivelin turn off is still somewhere I go to take flowers and it's not good that stretch of road taking another life.

Condolences to the loved ones of both of these riders.

Ride free.

When i heard about 4 police car's and the paramedic car go past.!
I hoped it wasn't a fellow biker, but thought chances are it was.!

My condolences to the family concerned.!

This is mainly for family & close friends though - from 6pm there will be a more informal gathering at the Dove & Rainbow in town..

Erm, I think I am as T100ss; so yeah I'm an old Trumpist. I also shamelessy promote this facebook page:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Band-With-No-Name/214013848654369?sk=wall

It's new and I hope to update it shortly, meanwhile, if you like live music:- Original and cover blues/rock 'Band With No Name' at New Barrack Tav, Penistone Rd, October 21st

Oh teah, and how come fewer and fewr riders nod these days? I know we ride focussed but I've usually got time for some acknowledgement - heck, I make time if there's a hazard i wish to warn other motorists about...
