How do you cheer yourself up when you are having a low?

Do you shop til you drop or turn to the bottle perhaps?

For me I take a long, bubbly, aromatic soak and mentally list all the things that I should be grateful for. Then and only then do I reach for the bottle :D

familiar with Singin In The Rain? watch the Make Em Laugh scene...ah ha makes me laugh.

also my friend told me there's this chinese takeaway in Sheffield somewhere called Wok This Way...that makes me laugh too!

Well, i had many things to list but 'wok this Way' beats them all.

I have a listen to all my fave songs, some relate to how i'm feeling, some are just so good it makes me feel great!

Any comedy program or film that i like will definitely cheer me up.

Go out for a walk, see friends, have a drink and when I get home . . . . put 'Blackadder' on! always works.

That sounds like a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.

Get some moody music, grab the stereo for the car and drive up towards the edge of the airport.. Pop the seat back, stick the cd on and relax and think things through

I walk to the Riverlin Hotel pub for a pint and back, that usually gives me enough time to think things through.

Monty Python for me. Nothing better than watching people stand in the tea chest and have to sing to liven your spirits!

Either that or pig out on really unhealthy food. The theraputic value of samosas and bhajis is vastly underrated.
