Slightly OT, - but anyone interested in how things used to be in the early 1900s should watch the programme of old film footage on BBC2 tonight at 9.00 pm.. The film has been restored and is of really good quality and high definition - first of a series of several programmes, tonight's episode includes some early clips of Manchester United. I don't believe there are any local subjects as the film-makers were based in Lancashire.

well my son thought i went to victorian school .im only early 40's and he asked my gran who was 80 at the time .did you know noah????!!!!!! LOL
