Does anyone know the latest timetable of classes down at the Wicker Camp?
It isn't for me, it's for a friend that wants to go tonight.
Cheers

The topic was posted for people that do have an idea ;) clo_bo 26-09-2007, 10:00 I tried.......:( Protekt 26-09-2007, 11:13 With the addition of the saturday family class the times posted on the websit ARE correct. GazB 26-09-2007, 11:31 With the addition of the saturday family class the times posted on the websit ARE correct. Well they changed Tuesday and Thursday evenings to be bag classes, the website doesn't show that. So I didn't know if there had been a change to Wednesdays as well. stussonicos 26-09-2007, 12:26 The time table is exactly the same as the one Clo Bo posted a link for, no changes to it only additions - those being Thai Bag classes on a Tuesday and Thursday at 20:00 - 21:00 and the Saturday family class that has already been mentioned. West GazB 26-09-2007, 14:05 Are the bag classes still really busy? When the evening ones started up I had to share a bag half the time. llll_fb_llll 28-09-2007, 12:13 I think Bag classes have stabilised now and most of the time there is steady attendance might peak on the occasional day. honestjoe69 04-10-2007, 12:15 Is the bag class on a thursday night only for advanced thai fighters or for beginners too? stussonicos 05-10-2007, 07:41 Hi Honestjoe69 The bag classes are for anyone, you will no doubt get some fighters in there although thwe format of the class stays the same regardless of who is there and you won't be forced to match the work rate of a fighter. As long as you know enough to keep yourself busy on the bags you'll be fine. A very good class for working on your fitness.
