Is it possible to transfer my contract phone number to a pay as you go phone with another provider?
I know you can keep your number if you go from one contract to another with a different provider, but not sure if you can keep it when switching to pay as you go!

I switched from T mobile PAYG to Tesco PAYG and kept my number, so its possible that way, best way to do it is phone the network you want to change to and ask them.

Yes, get your PAC (Port Authorisation Code) from your original provider, and then when starting with a new one give them the PAC and they will transfer your number.

You can do it from PAYG->PAYG.
Or PAYG-> Contract, or any combination you want. :)
