Hey guys, i have been in New York for 2 days and trained at Renzo's twice. The place is awesome.

So far i have had a class with Igor Gracie and Daniel Gracie. Both are great instructors!!
Can't wait to come home and kick ass with all my new techniques!!

The standard here is about the same as the UK which is great news. Ive tapped a few blue belts and passed the purple belt NY state champions guard before he tapped me with one of my favourite techniques!!
