Also, i'm soon moving to near Little London Rd, has anyone got any experience of the Kapap club down that way, I'm thinking of going down, and wondered if any (not who runs it), could give me their opinion.... smokin_aces 15-10-2007, 08:45 In answer to j456 the training at little London Road with Craig is fantastic. The Kapap is awsome and a great self defence, although during the week their are also Kick Boxing classes, Body conditioning and BJJ (which is brilliant). They also have affiliation with Senshido which is another reality based self defence and is very effective.
