Does anyone here know where I can get some decent quality halal beef or duck?

I only seem to be able to find chicken and lamb which a bit on the limited side of variety.

There are a couple of big butchers around Fir Vale and Page Hall area that wholesale meat, so I would assume they may have beef as well. Duck may however be on special order only as it's not part of the regular diet.

I know of a couple of retailers on page hall road - khawaja and a couple accross the road, but no wholesalers.
any idea whereabouts they may be?

Red Sea at Pitsmoor is another good one to try as they have a large fresh meat section with loads of different meats, I don't know if they do duck though............

Yep I forgot about that one, it's on Fily Street. From the traffic light junction where HSBC bank is on Glossop Road, near Sheff Uni, walk down hill past traffic light camera for about three hundred yards and turn right,then first left, it's on there. (Oh and I meant the traffic lights at bottom of the hill at FirVale)

I do feel sorry that you are so easily confused but if you care to follow the thread all may be clearer. Indeed Firvale isn't anywhere near Uni, but if Khizman was to read the same post there won't be any confusion since it answers his question to me.;)
