I'm going!

At least I hope I am - I have yet to figure out how best to get back to Sheffield by public transport in time for the 10am lecture I'm giving on the Monday!

It should be fantastic, though ... Go Giants!!

While I'm thinking about American Football, what're the student teams like? Have you ever seen them play?

I am going with 3 mates all Phins fans, about 15 or so players from the Student teams are attending as well i believe, Secondly Both Students sides are great in Sheffield and Warriors and Sabres, check out their web sites. The Junior side(s) in Sheffield also have a good reputatiuon and have made nat championships this year. Also there is a thread for starting a senior Sheffield side and there is now a web site/forum for Steel City American Football, check it out(google it and you should find it I will try and get the link and post that later) and pass info on to any person who may wish to play, help organise etc we need all the help we can get to resurect senior football to Sheffield.

Another one going here and i can't wait!
I'll be going with a Fins and a 49ers fan. I'm a Redskins fan so i'll be supporting Miami on the night seeing as the Giants are in our division and Miami were kind enough to give us our first win of this season ;)

Don't know why I did not rememebr thsi before.

National Express do a coach from Sheffield to Wembley Stadium - It is only for events and it leaves Sheffield around 10am not direct service and leaves Wembley at 21:15 cost was £29 I think.
