Does any one know of classes this winter, north or west Sheffield that will help rescue our bodies and help us stay competing.

Nick,
Do try and come to my yoga class in Dore - I know Wednesday's aren't great but I think you'd benefit from it:-).

If you are a runner (as a post lower down suggests) then there is plenty of advice in magazines such as Runners World on strengthening and stretching exercises which you can do for yourself around training.

Hi Nick

I do Pilates classes at Wadsley Bridge, Parson Cross and Malin Bridge. Pilates is excellent for mobility and core/trunk stability - good for all sports. I'm also a Massage Therapist and can recommend a good deep muscle massage for achy muscles.
