There is already a thread going about badmington being played at hillsbrough on wednesdays. For some this is either too far or a bad day. so i will offer a alternative for any1 who fancies it.

Killamarsh sports centre ... S20 .... 5minutes from crystal peaks

Will see who is interested and then i'll sort out the best day for people and talk to the woman there.....im pretty easy....cept for wednesdays.

OK. tuesday is looking like the fave day for people...i think i'm playin on thursday so if i am i will look into a few options and get back to you all.

i don't know directions as such but from what i remember (i was driven) it was the killamarsh sign off the roundabout where morrisons is. and then 1 right turn after bout 5mins. just a little bit after you hit the shops.

maps confuse me..... i dont drive so im bussing it. (classed as derbyshire thou which means my pass is bit crappy..grrrr)

you can use multimap or the same map and put in where you're starting and it gives the directions step by step...or you could call the sports centre...?

cudunt get a court for monday or tuesday. they have one available at 9pm thursday but not sure if this would be any use to people?? i didnt book it but can phone back if people can make that. (hopefully it will still be available) should have really booked after last game..but i wasent thinking.

i have the added bugger that there seems to be no busses coming back from there....i may test it out on my mountain bike this weekend (with my dodgy knee) cant be more than 15mins for me.

on another note...i would do ponds forge if it was at about 5.45-6.00 start. then i could go straight from work. any later and it would take up most of my night :(

hehe yea :D im part of the sheffield lion dance team so we'll be going round the chinese restaurants all next week :) getting free food is a bonus too :D
