A gastronomical tour of France - what will you be learning and how will you be developing your skills?

It's difficult to raise funds to pay for something if others cannot see how you or others will benefit.

If it's just a 'jolly' then i'd rather put my well-earned cash to fundraising for the Tsunami relief or other well-deserving causes. But if you can show how you will benefit from the 'tour' then i'm more than happy to help.
