Can anybody give me any info on this new development? I've searched the site and can't find any info.

Any comments greatly appreciated as me and my boyfriend are thinking of looking round one of the two bed apartments.

Does anyone know what the parking is like as we both have a car and often there is only one allocated space which can be a bit of a problem!

Thanks muchly guys

Nicole

The parking does look rather limited and as it's a brand new building I would of thought the rents are going to be as much if not more than the cost of renting a two bedroomed terraced house in the area which I would of said is a far better proposition.

I have been for a walk tonight and noticed that these apartments are being offered for sale in one of the local estate agents as luxury penthouses. ? ?

Give me a terraced house with a cellar any day of the week, and you can keep your penthouse

I own a 2 bed apartment in Dale Park which is available to rent(see my post in Accommodation Available). Being as objective as I can, these are are well-designed, high spec homes in a pleasant and convenient location. They are secure, with electronic barriers and video entry systems and car parking. Each flat has one allocated space but there is plenty of on-street parking nearby.
Let me know if you're still interested and I'll be happy to answer any more questions.

The last twice I've been past Dale Park, it's been dark and the burglar alarms on the building have been flashing like crazy.

Does one alarm go off and they trip all the other blue lights off?

Perhaps Dale Park is already becoming a magnet for the burgling classes.

Or perhaps someone is trying to attract UFOs from afar.

Who knows?

have been very recently to view show flat. a bit small for 2 people, and with only one parking space, impossible for us. starnge as the flats have 2 bathrooms you would think they would be occupied by individuals sharing as well as couples! it is a nice buiding though and we did like it, it just wasn`t practical for us. and who wants to pay all that dosh to park on the street outside? no thanks.
