Would anyone be interested in starting a forum-based book club?

Think it might suit me better than committing to a set time and place, but sure it would be just as fun!

Sounds good but erm, where do we start? (Maybe I haven't really thought this through...)

I guess we could all nominate a book and if a couple/few of us want to read the same one then we can go from there. Might give us an excuse to try something new too. Does that sound like it would work?

I was thinking of reading Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks or Labyrinth by Kate Mosse (although heard bad things) but read a lot of different stuff.

I've read Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, quite an interesting book, wuoldnt mind reading it again for the sake of the group!

Thats 7 of us. I've sent a question to the moderators to ask if a Reading Group can be set up in the Sheffield Interest group section. I hope this is ok with everyone. Then we can get started.

That sounds like a great idea. Let us know what they say.

Not had anything back from them yet!
Anyone have another idea about how to do it? Email?

I got a reply back from the administrator telling me who to email to set it up. I'll let you know when I hear back...
