I do a bit of weight training and recently bought some resistence bands, so that I could take them with me on my travels. Any workout is better than nothing, after all.
Anyway, the set came and there are three, one is sort of "chest expander" shaped and it seems pretty clear the sort of exercises one can do with it, but there are two others, one a smaller circle and a much longer band.
Maybe I am not very imaginative but how does one use the various bands - are there any websites with pictures or diagrams? There were no instructions in the box of bands at all. What are the advantages of the different shapes in terms of hitting different muscle groups etc.
