Hi has anyone recently bought a house in hillsborough recently. Ive bought one for 100k and its still not clear if hillsborough is its own ward or if its in owlerton. If hillsborough is classed as owlerton then it is a disadvantaged area and no stamp duty has to be paid.

please help!
