Someone played me a 45 back in about 1979/80 - I think it was a northern soul song, but I'm not sure.
It may have been by a band called Bus Stop, or that may have been the title of the track.
Anyway, all I can remember is a girl's voice going (bear with me, here!) - ah, ah, ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah ah, ah.
I know its unlikely, but can anyone help me out?

Thanks Kerri, but it was none of those.

Good Lord, no.
Hope you're not slating this wonderful song? :)
I like their follow up "The Shuffle" too. Radio Hallam used to play this before the sports roundup on Saturdays back in the 70's.
Was it the b side to Renta santa ?
