Just read in the Daily Mail that Iain Turner could be on his way back to Wednesday for £250.000 after dropping down the pecking order at Everton.Lets hope for once the rumour is true as he turned our season round last season.

A signing can't be made till January. But he would be a decent loan signing for you lot.

This is true but if there is any truth in it,it would be a loan signing till jan then make it a full transfer.

this would be good news , but the bad thing is we have two goalkeepers wagers still being paid for doing nothing if we did get turner!!
and owls really do need a defender next on loan!! bullen has had it,wood is out of form or maybe injured , we are very short at the back

defenders we need a new back four, we do look bad at back
He'd be an absolutely fantastic signing for us, especially at such a ridiculously low price! :hihi:

I think anyone who has been to a game this season will have seen the two new lads aren't ready to be a Championship teams no:1. I could be being unfair judging them after only seeing them both a few times, but I would have rather Brain Laws bought someone old and experienced in the summer such as Kasey Keller. Though if he could get someone young Iain Turner would obviously be chosen over a older player. Though I very much doubt Everton have changed their minds on his worth to the team since the summer. Apparently we tried to sign him at the end of the season and were told to do one. If he does come back to Hillsborough it will be only on loan, which I don't think would be a great idea, imagine how this would knock the morale of Burch and Grant.
