Has anyone got any recommendatoins for chatting over the net with a Webcam? I have a fairly decent webcam but cant manage to get an acceptable level of picture quality on either Net Meeting or MSN Messenger. I can see from a bandwidth monitor that it is only using about 25% of my upload bandwidth which is probably what is causing the poor quality. The person at the other end has an even faster connection so this isnt why.

So what I really want is an application, (free would be good too), that allows you to utilize as much of your bandwidth as is available for 1-to-1 video chats.
